From the birth of man, the mark was a means of communication and narration of stories. Man began by engraving animal representations to exorcise his anxiety about death from them and to portray scenes of his everyday life.
So I try to tell my own story. From painting to jewellery I use the line as a means of expression. Every series of jewellery I create has behind a story that may come from Greek mythology, philosophy, tradition or from a daily story of mine or of a friend. I work first as an observer and then as a narrator of the story through my own eyes.
I see everywhere lines ready to be engraved.
Even the line that creates the PPC pillar cable looking at the sky is for me a trace, a boundary between the earth and the universe.
